Recipe for Banana Bread step by step | Banana bread eggless
Today we will learn about Banana bread recipe. Banana bread is a type of cake made from mashed bananas. bananas are high in folate, vitamin B-6, vitamin C, copper, iron, magnesium and fiber. Banana bread helping you get a great night's sleep.
* ingredients list :
- 3-4 medium sized ripe bananas ( 300 to 350 grams).
- 1.5 cups whole wheat flour (200 grams).
- 1/2 cup oil - 125 ml ( any oil - olive oil, coconut oil, canola oil and other vegetables oil).
- 1/2 cup organic brown sugar / regular granulated sugar1 tablespoon vanilla extract.
- 1/3 tablespoon cinnamon powder
- 2 - 4 pinches grated nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- pinch of salt ( optional)
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts / nuts of your choice
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips

Recipe for banana bread :
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F)
- Grease a one pound silicon Mould or aluminum cake Mould .
- Now Take sliced bananas and sugar in a mixing bowl .
- Mash the bananas or puree them with a hand blender .
- Then add the oil , vanilla ,cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder to the banana and Mix well.
- Now Sieve the flour with the baking soda , baking powder , salt directly in the bowl containing the Mashed bananas .
- Fold the sieved flour really well .
- Also fold in 1 tablespoon Each of walnuts and chocolate chips .
- The folding step is important the whole bread mixture should be Mixed evenly .
- Then Pour the bread mixture into the loaf pan.
- Now Sprinkle with remaining nuts and chocochips.
- Then Bake at 190°C (374°F) for 25 - 35 minutes or till a toothpick inserted in the bread comes out clean.
- Once hot or cool, take out the bread from the pan.
- Now Slice and serve hot and enjoy it.
Tips :
- You can keep the sweetness of banana bread as per your choice.
- Banana Bread can be made without sugar also.
- Banana bread does not need to be stored in the refrigerator.
