Today we will learn about great delicious palak paneer recipe. Palak ( spinach) paneer is very healthy dish. This vegetable Indian dish is abundant in flavors and nutrients. It is a rich source of vitamin K, Vitamin A, magnesium, potassium, calcium and folate. Although many Indians translate "paneer" into "cottage cheese". Paneer is a fresh, non-aged cheese made from cow's or buffalo's milk that has been curdled with lemon juice or another acid.
Ingredients :
- Paneer - 250 - 300 grams
- Palak (spinach) - 500 grams ( 2 Bundles )
- 2-3 tablespoon oil ( vegetable oil)
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
- 1 finely chopped Onion
- 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic paste
- Red Chilli powder - 1 tablespoon
- Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon
- Turmeric powder - 1 / 2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoon Cooking cream
- 1/2 tablespoon Garam Masala

Palak paneer recipe :
Step:1
- Wash the spinach (palak) thoroughly 2-3 times.
- Boil spinach(palak) in 5 cups of boiling water for 2 minutes, then immediately take the boiled spinach in very cold water. (Due to this, the green color and nutrients of spinach remain stable.)
- Now squeeze the spinach(palak) lightly and put it in the mixer (grinder) and make a puree.
Step : 2
- Cut 250-300 grams paneer into small pieces or as per your wish.
- Now heat 2-3 tbsp oil and add 1 cinnamon, 1 bayleaf, 1 tablespoon cumin seeds and cook well, then add finely chopped onion and fry well.
- Now add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 2 finely chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp red chilli, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder and mix well and cook on low to medium flame.
- Now add paneer pieces and fry well.
- Now add 1 tbsp butter, then add palak puree and add salt as per taste and cook on medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Now add very little water, 2 tbsp cooking cream and cook it well for 5 minutes.
- And in the end add garam masala and mix it well. Your delicious palak paneer dish is ready. Serve hot and enjoy.
