Guacamol a dish of mashed avocado mixed with chopped onion,tomatoes, and seasoning. "Avocados contain lots of heart-healthy unsaturated fats, as well as a good amount of fiber. Ingredients :
- 2 Ripe Avocados
- 1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
- 1 finely chopped medium size onions
- 1 Tablespoon finely chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped greens Chilli
- 1/2 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cumin powder
- 1 Tablespoon fresh cream
- Salt to taste

Guacamole recipe :
Step 1
Cut ripe avocados, remove the seeds and mash them well.
Step 2
Now add finely chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic, finely chopped coriander leaves , 1/2 tbsp lemon juice, salt as per taste, 1 tbsp cumin powder, Green chilli, Fresh cream and mix well.
Step 3
Guacamole is ready, Serve and enjoy it.
Tips :
- You can eat it with tortilla chips, nacho chips.
- The fun of eating with home made tortilla chips is double.
- You can freeze guacamole.
